Focusing on a different topic each session, these 90 minute sessions are designed to provide you with the tools to progress from a beginner to experienced climber.
With the help of one of our experienced coaches, you will refine fundamental movement skills, learn advanced techniques and apply them to a variety of hand-picked boulder problems so you can start crushing your projects.
Each session will consist of a suitable warm-up, skills session, practice on specific boulder problems and a cool down/debrief. Some sessions may include some gym work.
This course is ideal for those currently climbing v1-5 and are looking to progress onto harder boulder problems. However, we welcome all abilities – there’ll be something everyone can take away!
